Marcus has been amazing through this whole process. He came to the first meeting well prepared and organized. He is always very well put together and professional. He is responsive to all phone calls, emails, and text messages. He was able to guide us through several bumps in the process. He is always very positive and upbeat. There were times that were very challenging and I would get very upset, with one phone call he had me back to level and handling any issues I had immediately. He is aggressive when needed and always honest. I was 100% satisfied and would recommend anyone use this gentleman if you want the job done right and quickly.
